Refund policy

We want you to love your new Trend4us item as much as we do. That's why, provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for defective, damaged items. Please note, all refunds and returns must be approved by Trend4us.

To be eligible for a return, you must have purchased one of the items sold in https://trend4us.com/ your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will inspect the item and begin to process the return which will take 5-7 business days. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@trend4us.com providing the reason for request the return along with items photos (with a clear description of the problem).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for all return items. Trend4us does not provide coverage for return shipping costs, and therefore, you will need to return the item at your own expense. We suggest that you use a trackable method at a carrier of your choice when returning the item(s). It is important to keep in mind that our focus on sustainability means that returns have a carbon footprint.

All approved Returns Must be Handover to the Courier Within 5 Days of Receiving the Return Approval

At our company, we strive to provide excellent customer service, which includes making our return process as simple and straightforward as possible. However, to ensure that we can process returns in a timely manner and maintain efficient operations, we have implemented a policy that requires all approved returns to be handed over to the courier within 5 days of receiving the return approval.

This means that once a return has been approved by our team, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is shipped back to us within 5 days. If the product is not shipped within this timeframe, we may not be able to accept the return, and the customer may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

By adhering to this policy, we can ensure that our customers receive prompt and efficient service while also allowing us to manage our operations effectively. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following this policy.

 

Damages and issues
We kindly ask that you carefully examine your order upon arrival and promptly inform us if you encounter any defects, damages, or discrepancies such as receiving the wrong item or a product that does not match the description. To assist us in addressing the issue, please include photos when you contact us. We will evaluate the matter and take necessary steps to rectify the situation.

Please note that in order to qualify for a return or refund based on the reasons mentioned above, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made beyond this time period will not be approved and the items will not be eligible for return or refund. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, personalized or custom-made items, including custom handmade dresses, wedding dresses, party dresses, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, women's dresses, shoes, all accessories (bags, jewelry, socks, etc), garments such as bralettes, robes, sleepwear, lingerie, underwear, leotards, as well as products on sale or marked as final sale, gift cards, and size exchanges.

 


Final Sale
Products purchased during a storewide sale, noted as final sale, or purchased a product in sale or As-Is Charity Sale or any exclusive promotion or purchased a product by Cryptocurrency or any payment made by digital currency are all considered Final Sale and are not eligible for a return.

Please note, any items listed as SALE  including  but not limited to any seasonal promotions, products from As Is Charity sale, or any products listed for future sales and promotions are all Final sale and not eligible for a refund

All orders made during BFCM and holiday season (up until December 24) are subject to no returns and/or refunds.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchange.


Refunds
All returns will be refunded as store credit via gift card Due to the nature of our fast limited supply sourcing we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

 

Restock fees

Approved returns are subject to a 30% restock fee. This helps our business recover some of the fees that we incur for the initial return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on a gift card.

Gift cards

Gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded for cash.

Didn’t receive your gift card?

Please make sure to check all folders including Spam on the email address associated with your order. If you lost access to your email you’ll need to contact us with your order number, full name, and billing address.

Should I know anything else about Return Policy?

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported immediately on delivery.
  • We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.
