Full-price items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  1. The item is purchased from trend4us.com.
  2. The item is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from odor, makeup, or deodorant marks — with all original tags attached in their original position on the garment.
  3. The item is returned in its original packaging, including any garment bags, tissue paper, or protective wrapping included at the time of delivery, where applicable.
  4. The item is returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  5. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date.

Trend4us reserves the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage not present at the time of delivery. Rejected returns will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

How to Return

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact our customer support team at info@trend4us.com within 24 hours of the delivery date. Please provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear description of the defect or damage
  • Clear photos of the item laid flat, showing all tags attached in their original position, taken before packaging for return
  • The item securely packed in its original packaging (returns received without original packaging may be subject to rejection)
  • Any other relevant details

Once we receive your report, our team will review the information and determine the appropriate course of action. This may include:

  • Requesting further details or evidence
  • Authorizing a return for defective or damaged items that cannot be resolved

We do not issue refunds on non-faulty items — only store credit once your return is received at our facility. If a return is authorized, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Please do not return any item without prior authorization. We aim to respond to all return requests within 2 business days.

Inspection and Resolution Timeline

Once the item is returned, we will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the reported issue. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to complete this process. The resolution may include:

  • Issuing a replacement for the defective or damaged item
  • Providing store credit via gift card for the item's value
  • Offering a repair or fix, if applicable

Return Shipping Cost

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Trend4us does not cover return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with a carrier of your choice.

Store Credit

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its acceptance or rejection. If approved, we will issue a gift card for the same value as your original order, which can be used toward your next purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable. Allow 3–5 business days from the delivery of your return for us to initiate the refund process.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale and Final Sale Items: Items purchased on sale, including those acquired during promotional events or site-wide sales, are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged. Trend4us does not offer refunds or store credits for any products purchased on sale.

Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Items that are personalized, custom-made, or handmade — including custom handmade dresses, wedding dresses, party dresses, bodysuits, and swimwear — are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Shoes and Accessories: Shoes and accessories, including bags and jewelry, are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Undergarments: For hygiene reasons, undergarments such as bras, socks, tights, lingerie, underwear, shapewear, bralettes, and leotards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Size Exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges. We recommend reviewing our sizing charts and guidelines before making a purchase. If you have any doubts about sizing, please contact our customer support team prior to placing your order.

Color Exchanges

We do not offer color exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review product images, descriptions, and available colors on our website before purchasing. Please note that colors may appear differently due to variations in screen settings, lighting conditions, and individual perception. Once an order has been placed and shipped, we cannot accommodate requests to exchange for a different color variant.

Additional Information

Return Shipment Responsibility: Trend4us cannot be held liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your items.

Order Inspection: Upon receiving your order, inspect it thoroughly and notify us immediately of any defects, damages, or discrepancies — including incorrect items or items that do not match the description. Please provide photos when contacting us. To qualify for a return under these circumstances, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made beyond this period will not be approved.

Refund Delay in Fraudulent Circumstances: In cases where there are credible concerns regarding potential fraud, we reserve the right to delay issuing a refund until the returned items are received and verified.

Policy Enforcement

Trend4us reserves the right to refuse returns or purchases from customers who repeatedly abuse our return policy. Accounts flagged for return abuse may be permanently restricted from future transactions. Trend4us's decision on all return and refund requests is final. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
