Eligible full-price items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Sale items and Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos for review.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once an approved return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
