To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, express shipping not available to PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Trend4us to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Trend4us may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

What is the estimated time of delivery for my order?
Typically, orders are fulfilled within 3-7 days, although print-on-demand apparel may require 7-15 days for production. Personalized or custom-made items, such as handmade dresses and wedding dresses, may take up to 15-25 days for production before being shipped out. The shipping time will vary based on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 6–9 business days
● Europe: 12–15 business days
● Australia: 12–17 business day
● Japan: 12–17 business days
● International: 14–25 business days

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com immediately with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Can i cancel my order?
We do not accept order cancellations so please shop responsibly. In certain special cases (if accidentally purchased the wrong size) we can swap out a size for you or color if you notify us before your order is fulfilled and if we have stock on hand.
My order has been flagged for fraud check, what does this mean?
we want to make sure we are taking the steps to protect our customers as well as our company.
We review all orders that come through our system. If your order is flagged, it means some of the information on your order is suspicious, or that your profile matches that of a similar fraud order we've previously seen. In most cases, the system might flag your order if you are using a credit card that has a different billing address than your shipping address, or if the name on either is different than the billing details of your credit card. I hope you can understand why we're being cautious to double check that these order details are correct!
Our e-mail system is encrypted, which means your information is safe when you send it to us.
To proceed with your order we do have to verify your information. Please send us email that includes one or both of these documents along with your order number:
1. Proper identification with proof of address (a driver's license or government issued ID)
2. Copy of credit card statement that reflects your purchase
Once a member of the team has assisted you, we will get a response within 48 hours. After which your order will automatically proceed to processing (if approved), or cancelled (if not approved).
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Trend4us reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Trend4us reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Trend4us reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
