How long does delivery take?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Items (excluding sale items) can be returned for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attached. Please review our full Return Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Contact our support team at info@trend4us.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Are sale items returnable?
No. Items purchased on sale, during promotional events, or site-wide sales are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
Are shoes, accessories, and undergarments returnable?
No. For hygiene and logistical reasons, shoes, accessories, bags, jewelry, and undergarments (including lingerie, shapewear, and swimwear) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Orders
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

What do I do if I received a wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@trend4us.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will resolve it promptly.
How long do I have to report a defective item?
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date. Requests made beyond this period will not be approved.
