Return Shipping Cost:

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for all items. Trend4us does not provide coverage for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with a carrier of your choice. Please be mindful of the carbon footprint associated with returns, as sustainability is important to us.


Store Credit:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about its acceptance or rejection. If your return is approved, we will issue a gift card for the same value as your original order. This gift card can be used for your next purchase.


Refunds (if applicable):

We will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Please be aware that outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

A restocking fee of 30% will be applied to all approved refunds.

Sale and Final Sale Items:
