Shipping policy

To ensure successful delivery of your package, it is essential that you provide accurate and complete address information, including relevant and required details. Please ensure that you use the appropriate abbreviations, include street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable). We cannot be held responsible for any lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the provided address information is incorrect or entered inaccurately during the time of purchase.

For shipping to PO Boxes, we utilize USPS as the carrier; however, please note that express shipping options are not available for delivery to a PO Box. We may choose alternative carrier options as necessary and retain the right to make such changes at any time.

Regarding international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee or buyer. By making a purchase, the consignee authorizes Trend4us to import the goods on their behalf. Additionally, the consignee or buyer agrees that Trend4us may assign the responsibility of importing the goods to a subcontractor, such as a customs broker. The consignee is responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Please note that the shipping time starts once your order has been shipped and does not include the standard processing time of up to 3-7 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.

Processing Time:

The processing time for all orders is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination after being picked up by the carrier. Depending on various factors, both standard domestic and international orders may require 3-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) for processing. Once your payment is authorized and verified, it may still take up to 3-7 business days to process standard orders, and expedited orders may also take the same amount of time. Please note that these time frames are estimates and do not account for weekends or holidays.

Shipping Timelines:

Kindly be aware that for orders being shipped to destinations within the United States, the delivery time may extend up to 14 business days from the actual shipment date, not necessarily from the date the order was placed. This duration is subject to the chosen shipping method and the ultimate destination of the order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details.

For both domestic and international orders within the United States, we typically employ USPS, FEDEX,DHL or UPS as our shipping partners for most locations. In certain cases, we may choose alternative carriers at our discretion to fulfill the shipping requirements.The final shipping cost will be presented to you during the checkout process.

Shipping fees:

Please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded. In the event that you decline to accept a shipment from, you will be held accountable for the initial shipping charges as well as the expenses incurred in returning the package to us. These costs will be deducted from any credit that may be issued to you.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Typically, orders are processed and fulfilled within a range of 3-7 days, although print-on-demand apparel may require an additional 7-15 days for production. For personalized or custom-made items like handmade dresses and wedding dresses, please allow up to 15-25 days for production before they are shipped out.

The shipping time will vary depending on your location, and estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • USA: 8–14 business days
  • Europe: 12–18 business days
  • Australia: 12–20 business days
  • Japan: 12–18 business days
  • International: 12–20 business days

Please note that these time frames are approximate and can vary based on factors such as customs procedures and unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Policy:

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Trend4us does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.

Before contacting our support team, please assist us by following these steps:

  • Review your shipping confirmation email to ensure there are no errors in the delivery address.
  • Contact your local post office to inquire if they are holding your package.
  • Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.
  • If the shipping address was accurate and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please reach out to us at with your order number.
  • If you discover a mistake in the delivery address, we can arrange a replacement order for you, but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Shipping Origin:

Our partnership with a worldwide network of manufacturers and on-demand order fulfillment facilities allows us to ship your order from the location nearest to you, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.

Customs Charges:

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Delivery claims:

We are here to help you navigate the claims process with the shipping carrier. It is important to note that the duration for claims to be resolved can extend up to 30 days, depending on the specific shipping carrier utilized.

However, please be aware that Trend4us cannot assume responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. Consequently, we do not provide refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.

Out of stock items:

In the event that your order contains multiple items and one or more of them are currently unavailable, we will proceed with shipping the remaining items in your order. Simultaneously, a refund will be initiated for the out-of-stock item(s) and credited back to your original form of payment.


Product Production:

Our products are manufactured both through direct collaboration with manufacturers and through a print-on-demand process. We have established partnerships with facilities worldwide to ensure that your orders are produced and dispatched from the location that can offer the most efficient service based on your geographical proximity.

Order Tracking:

Wrong/Damaged Product:

We apologize if you received a damaged or incorrect product. To assist you promptly, please email us at immediately, providing photos of the damaged item, your order number, and any relevant details. We will work on resolving the issue and provide you with a solution as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation:

Please note that we do not accept order cancellations. We urge you to make responsible purchasing decisions. However, in specific cases, such as accidentally selecting the wrong size, we may be able to exchange the size or color for you if you notify us before your order is fulfilled, and if the desired item is in stock.

Fraud Check:

To ensure the safety of our customers and our company, we thoroughly review all orders. If your order is flagged for a fraud check, it means that certain information provided raises suspicions or resembles patterns of previous fraudulent orders. Common reasons for flagging include using a credit card with a billing address different from the shipping address or having a name mismatch with the credit card's billing details. In certain circumstances where we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address, we may require customers to use a "common" shipping and billing address.

  1. Define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers if there is a history of irregular or excessive returns, which may indicate "wardrobing."
